Internship Program
The main objective of SSDI internship program is to orient/train interns interested in the development sector. The program is intended to provide hands-on experience to fresh graduates and post graduate/graduate students in the final year of their academic studies from a recognized institution. It offers learning opportunities in the following technical and management aspects:
- Conducting research
- Writing technical documents including proposals, reports, etc.
- Business communication
- Office management
- Organizing events
Eligibility Criteria:
- Fresh graduates or students enrolled in a post graduate/graduate level degree program in development related fields like development studies, economics, international relations, anthropology, sociology, environmental studies, public health, public or business administration, finance, accounting or information technology
- Interested in the field of development
- A official letter/request for Internship should preferably be received from the institution where the applicant is enrolled at the time of application
- Having basic computer skills
- Willingness to work in a multi-cultural environment
Internship assignments are available throughout the year, depending on the availability of appropriate assignments and the needs and capacity of the organization to receive and supervise interns. The interested applicants should send their CV and a brief write-up about their suitability for internship at SSDI through email at hr@ssdi.com.pk. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted and called for interview and subsequent selection process. On successful completion of the assignment, a certificate will be awarded to the interns.
